It’s ‘YOUR’ Show, Not Ours

What does this mean exactly? We have witnessed other DJ companies want to take control of the reception, they want to sing, they want all the attention, and that should NEVER be the case. When you book with Liquid we will sit with you personally and create your reception. Music you want and don’t want; special songs, meaningful songs, and songs you just hate and don’t want to hear! Liquid DJS are trained to read the crowd. Thats what were good at. We know what to play and when to play it. We also know what NOT to play.

We will take requests! Absolutely! However, if we ever get that ‘questionable’ request, we will ask you, the bride and groom, if we should play it or not. Lets admit, we all have that one crazy Uncle or Aunt that may request something totally crazy!!! The focus is ALWAYS on you the bride and groom, not us. People came to see your show, not ours. We’re the instrument that accompanies your concert.

  • We party rock it out, without drinking! Our DJS never drink.
  • We want to become your friends before the reception and remain stronger friends after.
  • We will look professional and be dressed to impressed!
  • We will coordinate with your other vendors.
  • We will accommodate all guests.
  • We will NEVER abuse the microphone. We don’t rap and sing…we spin records!!!
  • We want to be told you had the best time ever at the end of the night!

The Above and Beyond Checklist:

  • Arrive early and be setup prior to guest arrival.
  • Look good, impressive, professional, and friendly.
  • Mix and blend the right music at the right time.
  • Keep the dance floor going all night.
  • No abuse of the microphone, cussing, or saying names incorrectly.
  • Teach guest how to do party dances if they don’t know.
  • We never take breaks!
