Planning can be fun…and easy…believe it or not!
We here at Liquid have made things as easy as possible to plan and understand. When you book with Liquid you will receive a planning guide and a contract. Both are as easy to read and understand as a 1st grade textbook. The forms are easy to fill out and the contract is NOT full of big words and language that you need a lawyer to explain to you. When we receive your deposit, we call you right away, and setup a tentative future date to sit down personally with the both of you.
Our planning guide covers everything from all the bridal parties names, to grand entrance, toast, blessing, garter toss, dollar dance, music you want and don’t want, special dances, requests, final song and more. You customize all of this the way you want! You don’t want a dollar dance? Done. You don’t want to remove a garter? Done. You want a Mother/Daughter dance? We’ll Add it! You want 7 polkas? By all means we’ll roll out the barrel!!! Not that anyone would want 7 polkas…but if you did….
Music Requests & Online Planning
All of our clients receive their own personalized online planning account, allowing to you plan your event from the comfort of your home! Within this account, you will have access to our music database, planning forms, event timelines, and payment gateway. All of our online tools allow you to save your progress as you go, so there is no need to complete your planning in a single session!
